Kathy Neri - Let's talk Real Estate!

PHILOSOPHY: Having friends, colleagues and associates in the music/education system provides me with many trusted relationships upon which I build my real estate business. I've learned that in any industry - character, honesty, caring, trustworthiness, sincerity, and discretion are qualities that people count on most and care about most. I promise to bring those traits to my new journey - real estate. Providing top notch representation service, whether you are buying, selling or leasing your home, is my priority. I strongly believe that a satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all. I will pay great attention to details and will be your advocate throughout the process! I will enable all the marketing tools that Coldwell Banker has to promote your listing promoting your home on the internet and in social media. From professional photography to staging, I will get the job done for you!

BACKGROUND: I am a native of Chicago and moved to the town of South Windsor in 1979. Attended the wonderful school system of South Windsor and furthered my education at UCONN! I am an '87 graduate of UCONN - Go Huskies! where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1987. IN 1987 I married Mark, a native to Morris, CT, and also a graduate of UCONN! I have four beautiful children who all attended the SW School system. In 1997 I received my Masters in Music from UCONN. In 2019 I decided to further my education and develop my passion for real estate.

PASSIONS IN LIFE: My education and love for music have given me great tools for becoming a Real Estate Agent. I recently retired as a Music Teacher in the town of East Hartford after 34 years of serving the families of this great community. My love for teaching doesn't end there, I am also the band leader of the Al Fenton Big Band and a member of Flamingo as a saxophone player. I am also a member of the Simsbury Community Band. Touring in these bands, marketing, and teaching in this state has given me a great deal of knowledge about towns, and has strengthened my ability to work with people.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: I am involved with the MS Society, National and the Connecticut Chapter, along with the Al Fenton Big Band, in helping to raise money for this great organization to one day find a cure! I am also a member of Coldwell Banker Cares.
